Project Funding: under European Commission STEP UP Protection – Stepping up The European cooperation and communication among Public and Private organizations for the PROTECTION of posted workers‘ rights“ (Project registration No. (2019) 7263870-25/11/2019). The EFFORTS Project aims at better enforcement of claims through better procedures, case-handling and cooperation in cross-border disputes. It tackles the Brussels Ia Regulation and the Regulations on the European Enforcement Order, the European Small Claims Procedure, the European Payment Order and the European Account Preservation Order and their implementation in national procedural law in 7 Member States: Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg.
