The Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, together with law firm WALLESS, invites you to the international tax conference “Interpreting Tax Law: Striking the Right Balance” on 5 February 2026 in Vilnius.
The conference will examine the interpretation of tax law in judicial and administrative practice, including the role of courts and the principles developed in the case law of the CJEU and the ECtHR, with particular attention to the balance between public interest and taxpayers’ rights.
