We kindly invite you to participate in the lecture-discussion “Law-Making Process in Bicameral Parliaments: a Comparative Perspective”, which will be held by Basile Ridard, Public Law Professor at Poitiers University.

Researcher will present the main advantages/disadvantages of bicameral systems as well will provide concrete examples about Law-Making in France, Germany, UK and Spain. Here will be a discussion with participants to compare the process in these parliaments with the Law-Making Process in the Seimas.
