Protection of human rights at the state border: practical challenges

During the discussion, we will address the current challenges of protecting human rights at the state border in the context of the influx of migrants from Belarus, which public authorities have described as “instrumentalized migration.”

Our guest will be Emilija Švobaitė, a human rights activist and co-founder of the association “Sienos grupė,” which provides humanitarian assistance and integration support to migrants, refugees, and people on the move.
