Congratulations to the graduates of the Corporate Law and Fundamentals of International Corporate Governance Tutorial Program!
This program was designed to analyze the main legal and international corporate governance issues – from corporate governance models to differences in directors’ and shareholders’ decision-making in various countries of the world, as well as competencies for lawyers working in an international environment.
The program was concluded with a certificate presentation ceremony, during which the Head of Mercator by Citco Operations, Chris Butler OBE, and the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, Prof. Dr. Haroldas Šinkūnas, assessed the achievements of the participants.
During the program:

• Real cases were analyzed, and interactive workshops were held
• Much attention was paid to the modern challenges of international corporate governance
