Vilnius University invites students from all faculties to apply for CopyrightX.
CopyrightX is a 12-week interactive course on U.S. copyright law that examines creativity, innovation, and the impact of emerging technologies—particularly AI—on copyright doctrine. The course combines short lectures with in-depth, case-based discussions developed by Harvard Law School and Vilnius University Law Faculty.
What students will learn:

● How copyright law supports human creativity and technological innovation
● The scope and limits of copyright protection
● Legal questions surrounding data scraping and online content
● Emerging copyright challenges posed by generative AI
