October 20-24th was marked by Constitution Day celebrations, which ended with a closing ceremony, during which the traditional Constitution award was given. This year, the award went to the Ukrainian people and was accepted by Andriy Buriak, advisor at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania.
