REQUIREMENTS
- Master of Laws degree (candidates in their final year or recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- At least 1 year of experience in M&A or related corporate law would be preferred
- Keen interest in M&A law (prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory)
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
- Positive attitude and client-centric approach
- Excellent command of Lithuanian and English
YOUR MAIN DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist senior lawyers with M&A projects, including legal research, document preparation, and due diligence coordination
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other M&A-related documents to ensure legal accuracy and alignment with client goals
- Conduct legal research on corporate transaction issues and provide insights to senior team members
- Help prepare presentations, summaries, and reports for clients, ensuring clear communication of transaction processes
- Collaborate with Rödl & Partner’s accounting and tax teams to provide a seamless client experience
- Participate in training and professional development to deepen your expertise in M&A law
