1. Protection of workers’ representatives against discrimination in employment relations (State Labour Inspectorate).
2. Discrimination in favour of employees (State Labour Inspectorate).
3. study of the legal regulation of violence and harassment in employment and service relations and the practice being developed (focusing on the activities of the institutions of the internal affairs system) (interested party – the Police Department’s Commission for the Examination of Cases of Violence and Harassment at Work).
4. Specific features of information and consultation procedures with representatives of employees on digital work platforms.
5. Issues related to the implementation of the mobility project in the context of social partnership instruments.
6. Personal-professional life balance: legal safeguards and their implementation (LMT-funded postdoctoral fellowship, planned to start in September 2025).
