This year international conference of PhD students and young researchers will address the methodological transition in law implied by technological development. Can our existing legal frameworks be adjusted to technological challenges or we need to re-conceptualise traditional legal frameworks in substance?
The presentations will deal with topics from human rights and technologies till fintech or criminal law 2.0.
