Conference “Investment Arbitration Reform and the Termination of Intra-EU Bilateral Investment Treaties”

Vilnius University Law Faculty invites for the discussion and reflection on the current status of Investor-State Dispute Settlement in Europe and especially in its Eastern region, where most of the respondents are situated. This two half-days online conference will cover a variety of hot topics ranging from the Multilateral Investment Court, the UNCITRAL reform initiative, regional experiences, the nuts and bolts of the intra-EU BITs termination agreement to the future of investment arbitration in Eastern Europe.

The event is supported by “the European Society of International Law”. Only registered participants will be able to attend the conference.
