We kindly invite you to participate in the international scientific conference “Modernization of Company Law: effective, innovative and optimal solutions”.
The aim of the conference is to discuss current trends and reforms in Company Law in various European jurisdictions and indicate the ways to make Company Law better and more attractive from a comparative perspective. Scientists from Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, Netherlands and United Kingdom will share their insights on recent developments in respective markets.
The conference will complete the national scientific project “Convergence and Divergence of Companies: Is the Lithuanian Company Law Attractive in the International Context?” funded by the Lithuanian Research Council (No. MIP-020/2015). Researchers of the Lithuanian scientific project will also present their final findings.
