On the 10th of December famous Polish professor Jan Widacki will visit VU Faculty of Law and will a lecture on use of polygraph in criminal procedure.
Jan Stefan Widacki is a Polish lawyer, historian, essayist, academic, diplomat and politician. He is an author of over 20 books and numerous articles. He was a vice minister of foreign affairs in the Cabinet of Tadeusz Mazowiecki (early 1990s), Polish ambassador to Lithuania (1992-1996), and the deputy to Sejm (2007-2011).
