Property rights and litigation in the United States

On the 16–27th of April, 2018, open lectures concerning the property rights and litigation in the United States will be held at the Vilnius University Faculty of Law. The lectures will be delivered by a law professional with more than 33 years of experience – Michael G. Chapman, of counsel at Fennemore Craig F.C., Nevada, USA.

During the lectures, attendees will be given a brief overview of the history and structure of the US Constitution and the Constitution of the State of Nevada and the protection they provide to citizens of the US. The main focus will be on private property rights, which is an essential freedom to the US citizens and is the foundation of US economy. The lectures will be summarized by the review of litigation, the practice of representing clients in courts and an open panel discussion on how to start and run a successful law practice in the US.

Open panel discussion 27 April, 2018. 12:00 pm. – 2:00 pm.
