On 7th of April, 2:00 – 5:00 p. m., at Vilnius university Faculty of Law, K. L. Sapiega room (302), there will be held an open scientific discussion „The state neutrality principle: theoretical justification and practical challenges” organized by the researchers of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (Kraków, Poland). Participants of the conference will discuss the state neutrality principle, key problems and practical aspects concerning the application of the SNP in Human Rights protection.
