Assoc. prof. dr. Vaidotas A. Vaičaitis yesterday presented his research about the concept of constitutionalism in a discussion, which had been held at Public Law Department in University of Oslo.
30 teachers and PhD students of University of Oslo participated in the discussion. Assoc. prof. dr. V. A. Vaičaitis is doing a research internship in this university, his scientific guide is Eivind Smith, proffessor at Public Law Department in University of Oslo.
