Lecturer of VU Faculty of Law Inga Martinkute on 15-16 September participated in high level international conference in Xi’an (China). The event was dedicated to ISDS reform and approach of China to it. Inga Martinkute gave a presentation “ISDS Reform: Substantive Aspects of Investment Protection and Comparative Property Law”.
Representative of EU Commission, Uncitral, different Asian, European universities participated in the conference.
