On 6 October, Vilnius University Faculty of Law hosted special lectures on international arbitration that were given by two highly experienced practitioners of international arbitration – Jose Rosell from Denmark and prof. Stefan Kroll from Germany.
During the lectures, Jose Rosell, a European-wide known arbitration specialist, shared his practical experience, focusing on the role of the specialists in the arbitration and on the cases when legal experts are needed. Prof. Stefan Kroll, an experienced arbitrator, talked about the role of the arbitrator in arbitration, and the aspects of arbitration and conciliation.
