Congratulations to head of the Criminal Justice Department, prof. dr. Jonas Prapiestis, who yesterday was awarded with title of professor emeritus.
This title is given by Vilnius University Senate and it is an expression of respect and gratitude for long years of academic activity, dedication for Vilnius University and making its name famous.
