Study of Best Practices has been prepared in project SCAN II

Comparative and Analytical Study of Best Practices for the National Enforcement Rules of the European Small Claims Procedure (ESCP) Judgments in Member States has been published. The study has been conducted during the project Scan II. Members of VU Faculty of Law scientific Thematic Group on E-justice and ADR assoc. prof. dr. Rimantas Simaitis, assoc. prof. dr. Vigita Vėbraitė and dr. Milda Markevičiūtė were involved in activities to prepare a study.

The SCAN II Project is developed upon the results of the SCAN project and aims at better enforcement of the European Small Claims Procedure judgments through creating a Roadmap of the 26 EU Member States’ enforcement rules on the hand, and simplification and digitalization of the enforcement procedures on the other.
