Systematic challenges of the special part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania

The team of the Department of Criminal Justice of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University – Prof. Habil. Dr. Gintaras Švedas, Prof. Dr. Jonas Prapiestis, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anželika Vosyliūtė and Darius Prapiestis  in the years 2019-2022 conducted a scientific study “Challenges of the Systematicity of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania”, which was financed by the Lithuanian Science Council under the direction of activities supported by the Council “Projects of groups of researchers”.
