It is 5th time when the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences (LAS) elects young academics as a members to departments of sciences. This year among 10 young members was elected teacher of VU Law Faculty, assist. prof. dr. Dovilė Pūraitė-Andrikienė, who was appointed to the Department of Humanitarian and Social Sciences.
Assist. prof. dr. D. Pūraitė-Andrikienė conducts science research in Lithuanian and comparative constitutional law, constitutional justice and in the field of protection of human rights. Results of her analysis are published in more than 20 scientific publications, among them are prestigious and international journals and international publishing houses. Researcher participates in international and national scientific research and expert projects, presents reports in international and national conferences. As well she contributes to organization of international conferences, writes science popularization articles. Assist. prof. dr. D. Pūraitė-Andrikienė have received the diploma as the best teacher of VU Law Faculty on 2021.
