The LMA bonus and letter of commendation is awarded to the assistant. Dr. J. Baltrim for his scientific work “Legal reasoning in the context of information technologies”. This monograph analyzes the evaluation criteria used by the courts in disputes related to information technology innovations that have not been clearly regulated by the legislator.
