Congratulations to dr. Danguolė Bublienė, Associate professor at the Department of Private Law in the VU Law Faculty, and dr. Gabrielė Juodkaitė – Granskienė, Associate professor at Deprtment of Criminal law, who were appointed by the Seimas as chairpersons of the Civil Cases Division and the Criminal Cases Division of the Supreme Court of Lithuania, respectively.
In the absence of the permanent president of the Supreme Court of Lithuania, judge Gabrielė Juodkaitė-Granskienė will temporarily hold these positions (in accordance with Article 105, d. 1 of the Law on Courts, this position is held by the president of the department who has more seniority as a judge in this court).
