Partnership assoc. professor of VU Faculty of Law and also an attorney at Law Gintautas Bartkus has participated recently in the conference at Würzburg University (Germany) “Incorporation of companies in the digital age”. He discussed achievements of Lithuania in establishment companies electronically and proposed new innovative ideas for this issue.
