A special issue of the international journal “Review of Central and East European Law” has been published to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania and the 30th anniversary of the Constitutional Court.
This publication is significant in Lithuanian legal scholarship because it is the first to focus on modern Lithuanian constitutionalism and to be published in English in an international peer-reviewed journal with a focus on a foreign readers.
This issue of the journal contains articles authored by VU Law Faculty researchers: prof. dr. (HP) Egidijus Kūris, assoc. prof. dr. Haroldas Šinkūnas, assist. prof. dr. Dovilė Pūraitė-Andrikienė, assist. prof. dr. Agnė Juškevičiūtė-Vilienė. Editors of the publication – assist. prof. dr. D. Pūraitė-Andrikienė and prof. dr. (HP) E. Kūris.
