This year, the competition task was related to the posting of workers in the European Union, unanimous functioning of the European market functioning and the social dimension of labour law.

The team won the case against the applicants regarding all the requirements, made it to the finals, and came in second after the Dutch team! The written statement of claim and statement of defence of the Lithuanian team were evaluated for the third place. The competitors during the oral part were assessed individually. The Faculty of Law team member Aistė Butvilaitė performed excellently and won the first place!
