“European Union Law and Lithuanian Administrative Justice”

“European Union Law and Lithuanian Administrative Justice” is a peer-reviewed collection of articles dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania. The articles review and assess the Lithuanian administrative court system and the development of administrative law, its intersection and interaction with European Union law. The collection of articles covers topics relevant to the development of relations between the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania and public authorities, the directions of development of the jurisprudence of the European Union and Lithuanian administrative courts, and discusses the protection of fundamental human rights in Lithuanian and international case law.
