The Spring of Law Science 2020
On 3rd of February 2020 the traditional “Spring of Legal Science” event took place at the VU Faculty of Law, during which Lithuanian and foreign criminal law specialists shared their insights on the topic “Searching for the dividing line between criminal and civil law”. Kęstutis Švirinas, the partner of the law firm Sorainen and partners, which became the main partner of the event this year, head of the Dispute Resolution and Risk Management team in Lithuania, did not doubt the relevance of the topic and said that really interesting practical questions arise when it is necessary to solve the problem of dividing criminal and civil law.
