International seminar “Arbitral Awards: Recognition and Enforcement”
On April 22nd, Vilnius University Theatre Hall hosted the event “Arbitral Awards: Recognition and Enforcement”. The debate was organized by the law firms Valiūnas Ellex and Cobalt, and VU Faculty of Law.
Everyone was welcomed by the Faculty of Law’s professor habil. dr. Vytautas Nekrošius. During the event, the arbitration professionals from Finland, the Baltic countries, Poland and Ukraine discussed the court practice concerning arbitral award recognition. In addition, they shared their experience of what impact the arbitral award recognition and enforcement has on a case strategy.
