Webinar “EU small claims settlement procedure: quo vadis?”

On 20th of January, 2021 the webinar “EU small claims settlement procedure: quo vadis?” was held by VU TF researchers participating in the SCAN (Small Claims Analysis Net) project funded by the European Commission. It discussed the European Small Claims procedure and discussed the aspects of the procedure that complicate its application in practice and possible ways to improve the procedure. The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rimantas Simaitis, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vigita Vėbraitė and researcher Milda Markevičiūtė.
