Remote conference “Taxation news and tax disputes”

On 18th of March, 2021 the Tax Disputes Commission together with the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University organized a conference on taxation and tax disputes for the first time.

Lectures were given at the conference by highly experienced lecturers who presented various topics related to taxes: the latest practice in tax disputes, the possibilities and limits of the application of tax instruments, the tax environment of innovations, the importance of laboratory tests in tax cases, cases of the application of anti-tax evasion rules, what issues are faced by for-profit organizations and what can be done to avoid the dispute.

The conference was intended for everyone – lawyers, companies, non-profit organizations, tax administrators, students – who are interested in taxes or face tax dilemmas, including those who are just going to do business in the future.

The event was broadcast on the YouTube account of the Tax Disputes Commission and on the Facebook accounts of the VU Faculty of Law and the Tax Disputes Commission.
